The welded aluminum frame for Stanford's mascot, the tree.
I welded together a custom-fitted frame for the Stanford mascot. Backpack straps are attached to the aluminum horizonal tubes to make the base that the fabric tree leaves are connected on top of.
I worked with a friend, Brian Alexander, who performed the tube bending. I was responsible for the aluminum tube assembly and welding using TIG welding at Stanford's Product Realization Lab.
